BACKGROUND
Keraehl was an obsessive researcher. Among his research, he found restricted texts teaching of horrid things, immediately delving into the knowledge that was locked away. In doing so, he unknowingly sold out his soul for the knowledge he had aquired. He was eventually caught and was cast out for the pursuit of taboo topics, but not before stealing away a magically sealed tome he had found within the restricted texts. Wandering alone for some years, and unsuccessfully trying to gain access to libraries or scholars, he found that people tend to prefer groups or organizations instead of lone vagrants.
