Milestone Update: Progress on Our Relaunch

We’ve reached a small but meaningful milestone in our relaunch journey, and we wanted to take a moment to share the progress with our community.

Environment Art Style Update

After multiple iterations and a ton of meetings, we’ve aligned on the high level visual style for our environments. The balance we’ve struck between realism and stylization gives us a strong foundation to move forward.

With the Steppe biome mvp complete, we’re now gearing up to tackle the remaining work on the Steppe + four biomes with confidence in our visual direction.

Character Management System Rebuilt

The new Character Management System is complete!

This rebuild was a critical step. It opens the door for:

• Higher resolution armor, weapons, and character models

• A deeper color customization system, tied directly to reagents you gather in the game

• More visual choices for your character’s identity including particle effects and colors

• Each Armor peice has 3 different trims to be colored giving endless combinations of color

Your character is an extension of your journey, and giving you the tools to express that identity is key to our vision moving forward.

Community Q&A

Q: What happens to our Founders Packs, Tokens, Gold, and Shop purchases?

A:

• You’ll receive the equivalent of your original pack

• VIP status will be honored, with any remaining time paused at January 1, 2025 until relaunch.

• All tokens and shop purchases will be retained

• If you purchased gold using tokens, those gold purchases will be reverted back into the tokens you originally spent
