The Fall Alpha is coming to an end… and what better way to end it in style than a new open playtest, 8 months after we’ve run the last one? No other, we’d say!

Let’s get rolling then: starting today – Friday, October 8, at 6pm CET (12pm EST), game servers will be opened to all registered users – no founder pack needed!

During the test we’re going to analyze multiple performance metrics to assess how our recent server optimization pass is playing out in a real heavy-load scenario. We know it did wonders when it comes to monsters, since we could test those ourselves… but what about players?

A few hours before the Fall Alpha is opened up to everyone, servers will be going offline for an extended maintenance. At the end you’ll find some welcome news: most of the remaining talents implemented, and plenty of bug fixes!

Moreover, we’ll be lowering the cost and preparation time of city raids, so you can all enjoy some group PvP action!
