RE: About no magic skill cast
The stat panel on this picture shows 4 stats. Life, Endurance, Stamina and Mana. We know that Life and Endurance are tied to health, and Mana is tied to spells. I assume that Stamina is tied to melee and ranged attacks.

You'll be able to build your own secluded house in the open world if you so desire, I don't see why asteroid housing would be any different. You're not forced to live in guild cities yaknow.

The Thief flag means you stole from someone, and it forces you to be Evil or Neutral. Nothing more.
Aggressive means you attacked someone, and it's similar to being Evil.
If you steal from someone without attacking them, you're flagged as Thief, not Aggressive. On the other hand, if you attack a Neutral player, you will be flagged as Aggressive.
From what we know, the only way to steal from someone is by attacking them until they are knocked out. The act of attacking a good or neutral player will flag you as aggressive, and stealing or murdering them afterwards will extend that flag. I don't know what would happen if you stole from someone who's already knocked out, but it would only make sense to flag that person aggressive as well to prevent players from cheesing the mechanic.

It's the main theme, probably the music you'll hear at the login screen. It's not the music you'll hear while strolling around on Tartaros.

Turning PvE servers into PvP servers was a dick move. I don't understand why you and so many other PvP players here have such a big issue with PvE players. The same thing is happening here on this forum. The devs are giving the PvE players a planet and all I see is PvP players whining about carebears. The PvE players aren't whining because they wanted to turn Conan Exiles into a PvE game, they are whining because the devs decided just after release to turn the PvE servers into a PvP game.

@target absolutly not! That would be just an excuse, a bait to kill people. Territories controll should not rule the alignment and karma. If you controll a city on syndesia and you kill a good player there you must be flagged.
But if a guild makes fishing in their area illegal, doing so anyway would be a hostile act only open to those of neutral or evil alignment.

I think this game will have deep synergies across skills, biomes, and gear based on what I've read so far. Everything is described as "situational". Understanding these synergies is what I think will separate the knowledgeable player from the "noob".
Of course, I could be completely full of shit - wouldn't be the first time
I suspect the gear system will be much like Guild Wars. Different pieces of gear will have different bonuses, but they won't be tiered. You might have a platebody with 20 fire resistance and a platebody with 20 cold resistance, but you won't have a platebody with 20 fire res and a platebody with 40 fire res.

Anime example: hokuto no ken. the protagonist Kenshiro was killing every mad guy. that was the right justice. I'm that kind of person. eradicate the evil.
You're going in circles. Nelchael is talking about your Demon alt instead of your Human main. What will you do if you misclick and accidently attack or even kill someone on your Demon alt?

They say that but I doubt you'll be effective at everything. If you don't put any points in INT, I doubt that your spells are going to be very useful.

On the topic of PK punishment:
The punishments on Syndesia pretty much depend on the individual guilds. It's the guilds who set the rules there, not the devs from what I understand. (Apart from the starter town). If a guild decides not to have punishments, it will be as free for all as Tartaros. If they do set guards and whatsnot, their territory becomes a lawful area. Personally I am fine with this, as it gives the guilds of Syndesia a lot of freedom in how they run their guilds. I think the most juicy political stories will come from Syndesia.
Much like those crazy stories from EVE Online.

But you should understand, this is MMO and not a solo game, even if devs promised solo players they will have some content to do in here. They did not however promise them a solo game free of danger.
Arboreus is pretty free of danger. The monsters there don't even execute the players because they aren't evil. Syndesia and Tartaros is where the danger is at.
