I noticed on High ping like myself im from Australia, its borderline playable however i did group with 1 other person randomly and it definitely semt like for first 5-10 minutes the game was a lot laggier when they were on screen and fighting PVE with them was choppy and laggy this cleared a bit but not enough.
solo the game was definitely more playable i tried with exit lag and without i didnt really notice a difference between them this could be the server maybe or its location, exit lag said its in ashburn which i play UO Outlands which i get 190-200ms stable ingame and on exitlag, for fractured i had 190-200 on exit lag ingame i had 200-400 defiantly not reflective almost as if the server was spiking for far away connections - my experience anyway hope this helps for other regions, i enjoyed the game otherwise and would definitely play if i could maintain progression after testing stuff mmorpgs are very grindy in nature so yeah.
