Just a(some) quick question(s).
So, I've had this question and I've delved a bit, but, I haven't found anything, so, down to business.
When someone creates a building (for crafting, be that an anvil, smeltery, a loom, a tanning rack, etc..)
Would the stations be open to anyone, would it be a guild only or permissions only or would only the owner be able to use it?Another question would be, what would you think about a signboard/post board (kinda like the Witcher 3) where you could post some notices for other players to read, like, advertising your business/guild or asking for help.
Could it work or would it be abused?So yeah those are my questions.

@gothix yeah, I don't think I thoroughly thought that argument through lol, but some minor enchantments that have a wear/tear could be a way to balance it?
Although, along with the enchantments being small enough to help you but not enough to tip the scales, would be interesting, but it's a thin line. -

@jairone Well it depends on how big of a boost there is, if we're talking about a rare ice staff that you got from a dungeon, or a raid/boss event then some minor buffs couldn't hurt, like reducing Mana requirements for a specific set of spells, or increasing the effect of aoe elemental attacks on the environment. Those could be a little far fetched but those could be some ways of doing things.
But overall, anything that allows you to overpower a group of players with sheer force is too op, unless you use wit and they follow you over a river on a bridge of ice and you just drown them. -

Are skins in general bindable, are they just an option or are they lootable, does anyone know?

I think to help with the economy, there could be extremely limited gear(limited quantity, very hard to get etc.. ), wear as you could find weapon skins or armor skins or weapon auras like a black flame or a visible ice cold chill, more commonly. I use commonly rather loosely, they wouldn't be common but they'd be more so than actual usable gear

Limited/rare items?
I don't know how relevant they'd be, whether they'd be just a momento for a raid event or from completing a complex dungeon, but I often think about the idea of having items that are of limited quantity or of extreme rarity, could that kind of thing be implemented?
Like having a fire sword that has a chance to do fire DOT damage or like an ice spear that lowers someone's endurance recovery rate, and they have an exclusive weapon skin or something, it might be a little fairy tale of mine, just thought i'd share it.
Although, considering they said that items won't have a huge impact on game play cause beginners can jump right in, who knows.
