A Bronze Platemail has different stats compared to an Iron Platemail but two Bronze Platemails are the same, yes. (aside from possible modifiers that don't impact the power of the item, such as its Quality)

Welcome @markxal. It's way too early to give a release date. The Kickstarter is coming next month and you can buy the game then in advance. The pre-alpha and first alpha wave are scheduled for late 2018.

1: I have no information about early access/soft launch.

2: The devs will consider putting Fractured on Steam once it's very polished.

@inkvizitor Fractured can only be played on the PC, and later during its development on a mac and Linux as well. Fractured won't be released on mobile.

@muker Well, my answer might not be entirely correct either. I need to check it with Prometheus.

@muker INT does not affect the size of your hotbar. It lets you carry aditional abilities that can be swapped with your hotbar abilities when you're out of combat, without needing to rest to do so. As for @zpq question, you will have over 400 abilities to choose from, so I'm sure there are abilities that don't require much attention. Your hotbar can also be used to slot potions, which probably won't require as much attention as abilities.

Fractured is not going to be on Steam anytime soon. The devs want to make sure the game is really polished before putting it there.
