Experienced the exact same, at least with the west poi and some others. On top of that i discovered the bandit camps in the mountains at the first day all at once before the patch, now i'm unable to discover them at all. Not sure if i got all the kp for it or not.

2: also keep in mind you have to have a wide variant of builds/abilities to progress further in the game because of the mobs resistances and stuff, so later on with the other bioms aswell you have to be prepared with the right equip and skills for certain mobs and areas

Can confirm, one shots with word of power kill (and some others) also mostly grant no KP.

Yeah sure with autoattacks which are skillshots, but not with magic missles for example.

Horses are always untargetable, you can only hit them with non target skill shots.

As for PvP i liked the tank approach from Warhammer online a lot, taunt increased the next few attacks from the tank to the taunted target (not really needed here i think) and interrupted spells, for defense you had guard, you choose a target of your grp and the dmg was split between the tank and his target if they were in close range to each other.

The only issue with staffs atm is that you can't enchant them like in the last tests due to a bug. They aren't "unnecessary" if you can get more int with them

You guys summed it up pretty well mostly. I think the essentials like the marketplace shouldn't be locked behind the research wall. And we need way more roles to give rights to citizens AND different residents (like trusted residents, new ones, you get it). I'm all for free usable crafting stations for all (externals with a small tax maybe) but we need to have control over the storages of buildings and smelters (maybe let the citizens and residents "rent" smelters for like 5 hours, if the goods aren't taken out in that time it goes into the city). That would also counter that really ugly industrial area in the residenatl plots.
Furthermore we need some sort of mark who is resident in our town, we have no clue who belongs to us and that becomes really difficult if some are red flagged (and it's just bad in general and in social life for the city)

I think at this point we all are aware that the time definetly should be tweaked, especially if the red has not much -karma.
(or switch the system to gold only but let them hang out in prison for 5min, that he can't be just on a killing spree instantly).Overall we want a more flexible system, not a binary (more like the UO system). The main problem right now beside the jail time is that it is way to easy to roam in big grps or even promote that because of how the current system works (reds and sherrifs alike).
We need something that counters the natural behaviour to roam in large grps, not something that promotes that (i.g. way too many sherriffs because you can do that in the starter town, i think valhalla is the only city with a prison rn, and therefore reds tend to make huge grps because there are so many sherriffs everywhere). Like a dmg debuff for larger grps or less loot posibilities to promote small scale instead of large grps. -

The bounty hunting system is fine as it is, it's a good thing to have something that promotes good players to go against reds. The jail time and bail is fine as it is i would say (can be teweaked anyways). Maybe add something that you can't login another evil char at the meantime.

Not really unbalanced but not balanced aswell, the melees get really strong with higher tier gear and weapons while mages are strong fast but stagnate more or less later on. And everything depends on your skills mostly and whom you encouter with those, so there will always be the case where you counter the enemy or the other way around alone skillwise.
