Restricted unrestricted. You can build however you’d like but specializing will always be meta it seems. More int for a mage build ect

Pk can be an issue. Tera had a pretty bad pk problem outside the first real town you went to during launch. A lot of it stopped when other experienced people came and kept pking them instead to let newbies through. In the end it settled itself out?

Mounts would be great so long as they fit the feel of the game. No immersion breaking stuff please.
