at the bare minimum they should copy ultima online where if you are a grand master at your craft you can stamp your name on your items at bareminimum

big guilds are gonna have such an item advantage and win in pvp

Just copy Ultima Online they had skill cap of 700

if you wanted to add more skills make a alt character

alts are important because they keep the world live with people starting again and moving in areas another done character wouldnt ever go again
alts keep games alive

does the game not have diminishing returns when crowd control?
or is CC free spam with perma stuns?

IE cast stun first stun lasts the full timer of 3 seconds .. cast stun again on same target now CC is only 1 second
and then third stun within a short timer stun does nothing?
