1, if the house has no fence, a foreign person or PK can come to the house and be killed (probably not yet implemented)
2, if you already have a cleverly made fence, you can jump over the fence through the textures (of the house) and it can cast magic, for example, mag AoE or, as it happened to me, with a rogue blink on the enemy.

Did you really chosed the right ones? I had yesterday someone who confused 2 abilities.
Also, did you tried just to place the requested abilities into the Preset, instead of others too?
