No, Xzait is correct... archery skills are broken at the moment.. I hadn't noticed cause they had worked for me with a shortbow a while back, but as he claims.. they were broken in one of the patches.

Anyone can start the town hall, however, only the governor of the city can actually place blueprints for the rest of the city to use until they promote a citizen to Vice Gorvernor or higher rank than just regular citizen

The weapon stays until you switch it with tab. We've been putting up screenshots of this bug since day two or three of the test. They just haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.

As most things, it will become available at the lower income countries after some time, but the company has to be able to make a profit and pay for their expenses first. Which is why the lower income countries only get the chance to access the content after its been out for a while or if the company has enough capital to afford to sell it at such a reduced cost.

That makes sense though, who would ever take on a mob with just a dagger? You definitely want something like a polearm to do that, and a polearm wouldn't be very useful against a single opponent (like a dagger would be) due to its slowness and being harder to use when up close and personal.

I don't see why it won't work. This isn't a F2P game. So if someone actually wants to have multiple accounts,then they get to buy that many more copies of the game and the devs make that much more money! A win win I would say. As for multiple alts.. of course everyone will have multiple alts... that is the whole intention of the game. We will have alts for all of our races and planets. Though, those alts can still only use the same single house on each planet.
So, over all.. i think most people will do trading. Why? cause trading is just so much easier to do than handling multiple paid-for accounts, and with all those resources out there, it will take a lot of accounts to be able to get them all.
As for your steal and kill, sigh quite literally you are over obsessive with PvP. This game is far more than just PvP.

There are banks in every city for you to store things that only you can retrieve. Banks between cities are not shared. Banks between characters are not shared.
What people use most are storage chests in their own personal plots which are shared between characters and can be shared between others with the right permissions set on them.

Aye, I had gotten the gist of what you ment, As I said, I think the "different alts in different guilds" is a guild problem and not a game problem. The guild themselves should handle that, as I already stated, our guild has already implemented structure to cover someone from doing that with us upon beta release. And if we are able to get a specific back-end tie-in from Prometheus, we will be able to cover the multiple account issue as well. I would rather the devs work on making the game better than having to work on issues such as these. The alt issues are common issues that appear in any pvp based game, and I would think that most main based pvp guilds (like ours) already have their own system in place for dealing with it.

I see trading between planets to be the main thing, as even a single map guild (there will be 3 maps per planet from what I understand) will be able to collect most all of their planetary resources themselves if they are big enough. What matters is just how much of those resources we will need at city level which will prompt for more trade on a local planetary basis. I still don't see this as an "alt" thing though, since that would really be a LOT of potential work for a single person to cover, but more of a "guild" thing with the guild using its many members to farm the resources needed. As you stated, I really don't see how an "alt" will effect the game that much. This will mostly be about how "big" or "influential" your guild is as the more members you have, the more resources you will have. All and "alt" will really do, is give a single person the ability to make themselves more self-sufficient if they wish to live out in the wilds (so to say).

I would never put CON 6. Even for a Mage, CON in this game should never be a 6.
To be honest, I use STR 18, DEC 10, INT 18, CON 18, PER 6, CHA 6 for both my Melee and Mage builds as neither PER or CHA are needed for tank or mage.
for a stealth build I will do STR 10, DEX 18, INT 18, CON18, PER 6, CHA 6 or I will switch PER/CHA and STR when wanting archery or crits.
The first build actually has the most versatility since I can get all my main stats to over 20 pretty easily or a single main stat to 25+.

Aye, the larger guilds will definitely have sub guilds on all planets and will be fully self-reliant on the resources they need, and they will have their "guild transport caravans". That is a very true statement. I think the reason for "account locking" planet membership was done specifically with that in mind. Again, there was no need for guild locking, since they basically did that with the property lock, and this way a non-hard core player is able to join multiple guilds on the same planet with their alts if they want to. No biggie.
I still do not think nor see how an alt will effect a game, sorry. none of the reasons I have seen thus far have much merit. And as GamerSeus stated....there will be alts. There is no doubt there will be alts. So it is best for guilds who do not like that fact, to start working on being able to handle that fact. Cause regardless, of what I think, the devs have made the game with the intention of having alts from ground up. Thus, as with the "portals" polling months earlier, it is a worthless cause to debate it. It will be.
(Now, if only we can persuade them to add a Camera movement and WASD stylem movement system.... sigh... if only it "could" happen)
