I am curious as the balance will be in small and large cities in terms of conquest and sieges, if the city is conquered, do citizens lose everything they have within the city, as well as houses and other buildings?

If so, have thought of a way to balance costs / losses within the conquered properties?

How the conquest system is planned, basically and how it directly affects that situation.
