I know your pain, I couldn't download the authenticator in iOS living in Las Vegas USA either. Fortunately I had an Android work phone, but that had it's own set of issues after downloading the app. Got it working now, but it would be nice if there were more authenticator options besides the Glyph one. Hopefully the migration team are not game developers also
Are you using the Glyph authenticator code for the login page Glyph code box? I was initially confused trying to use the emailed codes, but the code from the authenticator app was what I needed to login on the Fractured page

If you have both accounts, login to Fractured and the migration options should appear. One option is if you don't have a Glyph account and the other is if you do. I didn't and chose that option. The migration for me was painless but I had to choose 2 auth questions and get the Glyph authenticator. The authenticator was the problem for me. The iphone link resulted in a message that my region couldn't get it, so I had to use my work Android phone. Not using the authenticator was not an option. The Android authenticator also required permissions to "make or manage phone calls" which I thought was odd. I tried denying the permission, but the authenticator app 'Setup' button wouldn't work until I granted the permission. Once set up, I was able to remove the permission and the authenticator still worked. Another issue is knowing which password to use, either Glyph or Fractured. A Glyph code is required to login but the hyphen is not supposed to be used. HTH
I had a bunch of issues as well logging in after the migration. It forced me to install the authenticator, but my iphone gave notice that the Glyph authenticator wasn’t available in my region (Las Vegas USA). There was no option to proceed without it, do had to install on my Android work phone. That install required “Make phone call permissions” - app setup button didn’t work when I denied the permission. Reinstalled app and allowed the permission, app setup button then provided serial # needed to complete security settings. I was able to remove phone permission and still get codes from authenticator to login and post on Forum. Hope this gets better - problem is this site wasn’t available for help until after the issue was resolved. Seems like we’re going backwards, don’t recall ever having this much hassle over the past several years
