I know this will be probably an unpopular opinion but (...) People wont have a reason to continue to scour the map.
This has me curious!
How many talent points did you own by the end of the test?
Have you participated on building up and maintaining a village?
Have you been in a siege?
Did you have several sets of fully enchanted equipment (so that you can afford loosing them in sieges/PvP)?
How long did you play? -

(...)where as a game with Treasure maps generally lead to rare items and for the most part, players in Fractured already know what the sources are of the rarest items/reagents out there.
In theory, since you're already getting 'salable knowledge tokens' from killing a legendary creature, it wouldn't be such a big step to have 'salable loot tokens'. That said, with the recent massive delay in implementing sieges, everything other than focusing on the real core mechanics (Beastman and Demons first of all) would be a severe sign of feature creep.

RE: Wow
(...)nothing new to discuss(...)
Counterquestion: What new would you discuss right now? Other than the absence of something new to discuss
I'd say it's natural that people are getting burned out and interest/hype is coming in waves, especially when some mechanics are 'love or hate' (PvP). -

That and the game advertises as being 'non grind' to the point that it's horizontal instead of vertical progress.

(...)We're going to introduce a "mailbox" system in the summer alpha that will take care of this and much more
Well, that doesn't really help me trying to test sieges now

RE: Hello
Since the game is not even in beta yet, I doubt that anybody could judge if there would be 'good enough people online daily' upon release @rollseph.
If your question is directed towards the Alpha testing, then the answer would be at the beginning, there's a chunk of people online, but that dwindles the longer the test lasts.
If I'd be you, I'd wait for a free weekend test and see how things are now, or even better closer to release, since you seem to want a finished game and not participate in it's development. -
RE: City Sieges Live & All-Backers Event
Does anybody have a list or can you see sieged cities marked on the map?
Like, if you're a normal-non-Governor player, what's the best/easiest way to participate in defense/attack testing of a city? -

(...)prime time is either US or EU and is fixed(...)
Either citizens can't see that, or I'm too stupid to find it.
Does that mean it's a 12 hours window depending on your choice, or what's considered prime time for each?
