And yes, i think towns should have similar. As longer you can't pay your debt, the town should decay more and more. I don't mean rank decreasing, since that will stand at the last step for decaying, maybe really some real decaying on buildings, where you have also to repair the houses after you payed your debt.I know, it sounds harsh, but it would have some needs to care better for the towns.
And a more long time motivation, because you "have something to do".
As more varying things you have to do in a game, as longer player stuck on it.
Nothing is more boring, if you just build up your houses on first day and they stay like this forever and you don't need to look at them again.
Same is for getting skills, get creatures on 100% and never look at them again.
Get your Sacks each week...I am even up for decaying items like the ones you didn't preserve, raw meat turns rotten after some days, roasted after two weeks, packed 4 weeks, per example.

I would be highly up for that suggestion combined with Spolettas ideas.
But i would suggest just a single consumable slot, so that you have to chose, what you want to have in it. Either a remedy or a bandage or something else that we get later. like potions and food.
I like the idea, that your backpack isn't accessbile as long you are in fight. Would make much sense, because why you should grab into your backpack, when you get attacked by someone?
I don't really think it negates the balance, because we need to think about, that we will get much more consumables in future and with a restriction like spoletta suggested, you wouldn't be able to use them in masses.
Also the actionbar is made to keep the spells, consumables aren't spells and you not even can add every consumable in it yet. So i think they are just designed to hold our skills, and if everyone can have 8 for skills, nobody will have disadvantages. And to prevent, that you just put more consumables into the hotbar, just restrict the hotbar, simply don't allow to place consumables in another slot than the consumable one.Additional there could be some thoughts about this destroying items when you get attacked.
Just remove the destroy feature and add dropping stuff on ground.
Let it decay after 3-5 Minutes, if not picked up again.
There could be also some additional droping features, like droping stuff in water will remove it, as long it isn't an item that can swim.But well, last idea is maybe not suitable for Fractured and the limited ressources at the game studio staff.

@PeachMcD i would even suggest, that personal plots also gets a grace time to pay the upkeep, maybe while they are in debt, all stuff on the claim isn't usable (including chests) till they payed the debt. If they didn't payed after a week, the plot will be gone.

Packaging Station not always placeable (Patch v.a.2.5.1c)
In Patch log it is said: "Citizens are now able to place packaging stations everywhere within the region of their city."
But i can't place at one of our Townareas no Station.
The Blueprint is blue at the possible places, but if i want to place it, nothing happens, just the blueprint disappears.This whole town part (the

I have some additional please to the Devs.
We governors are able to destroy Wagons and Carts who are standing inside a town, to be able to remove them, if they are in wrong place and block building.
But i would like it, if we would also get the possibility to move them around, like other movable stuctures. Because of i don't like to destroy them always, somtimes i just want to be nice enough just to move them. -
Time of Upkeep of Residentials are not equal at all
Today at 17:58 CEST most of our Residentals needed to pay their upkeep. But not all, some are out of the loop.
We had around 71 or 72 Residentals yesterday.
39 i had at list who payed their upkeep at 17:58.
1 payed it at 19:35.
Around 12 Plots are already vanished.
Means 20 are out of the loop.I think that it is related somehow to the being Citizen or not maybe?
Means these 20 maybe bought there plots before they became citizen?
I also have a plot who is intime with the 39, but where i know for sure he isn't citizen and it was the first plot that was here.
Garrens joined today our town as citizen, but bought his plots some days ago and his Upkeep time is in 1 day and 21 hours.
I didn't asked the other ones, since i don't have any chance to figure out, who is left with paying the upkeep. -
Nation - Buttons for invite and declaring siege still there for members
I checked the Nation today again and saw, that at our Nation Member the Button for "Invite to Nation" and "Declare Siege" is still there. I think these ones should be gone, as soon they joined a Nation.

Decayed Residental Plots, but not decayed furniture
When i checked today the decayed plots around our town, i saw some leftovers of furnitures, chests and crafting tables floating at the plot.
Also a Wagon was there, nothing of it is in any kind interactable.
Not even the Wagon, that usually shows at least the menu with chest and arrow symbol.Position: 4137 W 985 N

It makes much sense, that the horse is still there. It is simply not dead and can trotting home by itself. Why it should disappear? Horses are very loyal animals.

Respec was discussed in the past. Some don't like a respec feature, some do.
In my opinion there shouldn't be a respec in whole.
I would rather like to see a slightly change in character stats during doing stuff. Like if you use always a bow your Dex will raise with time. If you never use your brain, your intelligence will drop.- make the automatic character run button, it is very much missing
They promised to add such. Meanwhile just program one of your unused mouse buttons to hold Mouse 1 until you press it again. Works well that you don't need to press manually your mouse 1 button ongoing while riding long distances.

Prometheus is quite stressed by all the work he is loading on hisself.
I understand, that it is important for many people, if there are announced community rewards, they should not get forgotten. Maybe we just need some patience and the hope, that the Studio gets someone who can care for all this community/marketing/entertaining stuff. -

@Harleyyelrah a very good point.
In previous test we could ony ranking up once a day, but we also had to care for upkeep each day.
The weekly upkeep is fine for me, but i think the ranking up should get restricted by one rank per day, as it was before.
If you restrict it this way, the upkeep sacks would also not be a problem anymore, if they wouldn't need to pay during upkeep. Since paying the Money for Ranking and paying the Sacks for Upkeep is separated.But i am agreeing, during alpha an theoretically upranking time gate wouldn't help in any kind.

Market place missing features
I know, Prometheus was very sad, that nobody researched a Market and for this reason he added them into the starter towns.
But finally we made a market place now.
And the first two things that gets my eye are:-
You can't make a buying order anymore, like we had in previous tests. That is in my opinion a huge step back. I think it should be possible to place such an order.
If i am a town without good fertile grounds per example, i want to tell everyone who stops at our Market, that we need such and want to buy it. If i am a farming town, i want to place an buying order for ores and coal maybe.
If it stays like it is now, nobody will know, what we are searching. -
If you sell things, the money don't go to the storage to take out, but in the "global wallet". That would mean, that people need to run to the starter town, to get their money from the market, or they have to wait till the settlements grows enough and spend two research points for a global wallet.
Theoretically you can get the market at rank 5, but the global wallet earlierst at rank 10, if you left a point open from the ranks before.
In my opinion a big bad locking behind a research to get the gold out from your sellings.
We are lucky at the moment to be close to the starter town, but serious, which town far in the wilderness will unlock a market place early, if they need to ride hours to get the gold and get robbed while they run back to use it in their towns to buy stuff or deposit it to the town or local bank?
Beside this problem, it is quite weird, why the gold flies magically to a miles away place?
Please leave the money into the market, till we grab it from there!

We tried this test to be open for everyone. That gives us some problems, but i think it is something that also needs to get tested, since most other towns are mostly based just been guild driven.
