A strikt ban politics for Botting will prevent most Botuser.
Most games where Bots take overhand is caused in too less punishment by Devs about Botting.

Then the Gamedesign itself is important, if botting is interesting for people.
Since we will have a supposed no grind game, there is no benefit for farming bots per example.
And i am not sure, if open world PVP is possible to bot, at least not that much as in instances PVP Zones.

What exactly got you last 2 months? That Devs was not speaking much. Honestly, they had hard 2 months to get all managed and get it ready for all of us. What exactly is your Problem?

And no, a Pre Alpha is never the question about fairness, it is the question about how they can do their business at best way.

What you expect from Pre Alpha? Just to see, if you want to stay committed or want to move on?
That is not the goal of an Pre Alpha, not even close to an goal of it!

The Pre is not made for you and your decision, it is made for getting a game into the next state.

Think about this.
If you want to continue complaining, then the Devs did the right choice not to chose you! Yes, that sounds hard, but life is not just candies.

Just my 2 cents.

@grofire to be honest, what you would do, if you want to start with a dozen people but you have to chose between 100?
Nothing can be „fair“ in this case, it is always a hard choice and you will alwas find someone who thinks it is not fair.
The Devs have chosed the dozen about they think it is good to start with and they still said they are sorry about them who have to wait.
And they also said, the Top 100 will be in Pre for sure, just in waves, they never stated, the first wave will be the first 10.

I would suggest to change your point of view and think about how you would handle it.

And i am quite sure, the first ones will eliminate the worst bugs, so be happy to get a better Pre, when you can join them.

@gaiactic As i understand, the Release will be a total fresh start for all.
Your personal real Knowledge you will have with start of release, what makes your start surely way easier, when you still played Alpha or Beta. But it would be really unfair for new players with release, if Beta Players would get a direct advantage ingame.
Beside this, we don't know if there is something planned for Alpha&Beta Player to get for their participation.
But usually Devs will give out cosmetic stuff for special effort in the testing phases... something like Bughats

@willdragon as i know you just can insert text and some text formatting with markdown language, like making the text bold, italic, bold italic, and using brackets to make links.
Not all formatting that you can do in posts you can use in Signature.
If there will be other things planned for signature use, just @Specter can clearify for us.

@passberg That may be and it is sad, that the world has so different values of their currency.
But, imagine, if you just pay a small percent of the actual price the game is worth, the developer will not be able to develope the game.
They live in Italy and they can not even survive a week with same money you can survive a whole month.

Since the game will still have 3 years of Developement till release, the requirements maybe will change over time.
But i am expecting, that your PC in 3 years will be surely able to run the game, if the PC is not 10 years old.
