My guess is, it's gonna be similar to how crafting was back in SWG. Your crafting materials will have effectiveness percentage and crafted item's effectiveness would depend on material's quality, in addition to crafter's skill.

Yeah, I have made lots of guesses as well, but the reason I asked for an answer from the Developers was because I wasn't satisfied with my guess, or anyone else. So I await an answer from them.

even then, the devs are pretty busy, you shouldnt only rely on responses from them. sure, they might be more insightfull/accurate/definate... but if they are too busy answering everyones random questions, they wont have time to develop the game. we are a community for a reason...

And I've never bothered them before....not that it's any of your business. This is my first question for them in the months since I have started following the game...I think 1 question every couple months is happily rare enough to allow them "time to develop the game"...

I can understand your point, but also think about if everyone think if he just ask once in a couple of months, we will have thousands of questions all around. I don‘t think we ever should expect that the Devs will answer every question and if they could do it, we can‘t expect they answer fast.
They have to develope a game, they have to do much business stuff to get the future of the game saved. Short, they are busy as hell.
Specter still cared for getting an answer, he said it several times. We just need to be patient, till the Dev team has time to answer our questions.

As for Discord, i like to use it, it is a great tool for myself to stay in contact with many many people. But i also can understand if someone don‘t like it. Don‘t worry, the Devs are there not much more active than they are on forum. I think the forum is the right place to ask them anything about the game.

@Jairone i think for exact these things will the Dev-Forum be.
I also think it is meant to be a forum, where the Alpha Backer will have their say about ongoing developement. Where they can talk openly, because they are under "theirself", people who saw a potential in their Gamedesign and support them.
Also for this reason getting early informations about things the studio want to design.
Otherwise it would not make sense to have a closed forum.

They had not much time the days there, business meetings all the time. Today they got one free day before they will fly back to Milano. Give them a bit time to rest, they will report for sure.

The bought items will become permanently bonded to your account, as you noticed all of them are pets or cosmetics things, so there is no need for a later refund.

You might wanna recheck that info because in all MMOs I've seen people test cash shop by buying lots of stuff they don't even need, just to see if it works. They are then later refunded on release (stuff taken away of course), so they can buy only what they actually need.

Thats a good point, if we want to test all the items from shop, we would buy stuff, that we probably not would buy permanently.
But that can be maybe get tested in another way, that the studio will give us for a testphase all available Items, no matter if we bought them or not.

@SilverLocust you are not alone.
I am almost a young grasshopper compared to you, but we have much "old" gamer here.
Some of us need to learn new things, some struggle with english (me per example while i try to listen and understand and to speak by myself), some of us to see the young people and how they have no problems to use all these new media - there are so many channel to communicate and all these young people use them as we used to walk to the TV to switch channels

Like your first steps to make records of your first steps in Fractured.
You just need to turn down a bit the ingame sound, your lovely voice is sometimes not that present.

@keshanberk i not really get, whats the point about the assets. They never stated, they made the assets in the promo video all by themself.
Show me a single game thats in its early Pre Alpha State full loaded with own assets, most of them just show arragend Scenes with a tons of placeholder.

And to go further, we saw the progress of their assets during the Pre-Alpha and the both Alpha 1 Test Phases. They doing well.

May i also ask you, as some before me, why you are here?
Did you ever took a deeper look into their idea of gameplay?

How long the test is running just DS can say. Maybe @Znirf or @Specter will be able to tell us.

@Azurael the Alpha 1 Test 2 probably will end today, since it was supposed to be online for just a week.
When we get next Testing and especially, when we step into next Alpha Phase, we can't say, that just knows the Devs.
Since we are still a bit delayed, like around 3-4 months, the Roadmap is also not exact anymore.

Why @keshanberk don't go with us into a conversation, after creating the topic?
It looks a bit like he just wanted to say something, but was never interested in a real conversation.
I can be suspicious about something, but if i am then i should hear the voices and substantiate my doubts.

@Alexian surely it is fair to be skeptic, but if you point out things, just because other ganes failed, i think you should validate the facts that was throwing in.

@Pwnstar We will never know what will happen with Fractured in 2 years. I see the potential in their idea and the first steps into the creation. If they can exactly give us that, what they wanted with their idea, then i am sure, many copies will be possible for this game too.
