      I would not like if there would be a hard reset of the base values you chosed for your character.

      I have in mind more a system, where you can change your base values while playing.
      Lets say you chosed being intelligent but not having a big strength. Now you are using ingame just heavy Armor and a strong melee weapon.
      While using this, you build up a kind of changing points for actions that are opposite to your choosen values.
      If you have enough of them you will be able to remove a point of intelligence and put it into strength, to go closer to your chosen playstyle.

      Yes you will be not the good Mage anymore, but you will become probably a strong warrior over time.

      Another try at him, now he got stucked at the beginning of fight, because he was moving throught the House. So i think the stucking Wolf is in reason of the house.
      This time i tried to hit him directly too and it worked.
      Magic Skills don't hit him, but an Melee Attack does:

    • [Alpha2-1] Dire Wolf stop fighting and get stucked

      I was kiting a Direwolf a while, and short before he was almost dead he stoped moving, stucked in place, i can't shoot him, he does not attack me anymore, but he seems to be still there, because i get a collision, when i walk to him:

      Same i got... my cart also stucks now fullfilled in front of a tree and i can't grab it to carry it, since the Pathfinding of it stops always exactly on this position:

    • Searching for a tool for recording bugs in a short video clip.

      I am searching now for a while in internet, because i want to capture some of the bugs i am facing, but somehow i don't find the right tool for it.
      But i don't want to capture the whole Game Window, i want to capture just a part of it for some frames, enough to capture the problem itself, but not the whole things around.

      Like this normal screen snip but in motion:

      Anyone of you have an idea, how to do it?

      Edit: I found some tools with names like "Screen Recorder", but not a good one yet.
      So my question stays, if someone knows a good tool for it that is recommended.

    • [Alpha2-1] Surface Decoration vanishes by Structures and Cart

      Yesterday i got more than once the feeling something is wrong when i stop my Cart and leave it ("Q").
      I had always the feeling something is vanishing, but never could spot it.
      But today i can, since i saw, that Surface Decorations (non interactive Bushes and Plants) vanish, if you place a structure like a fence next to it. That made me a bit sad, because i liked my bushes around my house.

      But the Cart thing i could see today very obvisious.
      If you leave your cart, means if you make it stationary like a structure and something surface stuff is around, then it vanishes.
      First i saw it at the bush (1. screenshot) then tried to reproduce it with the two next bushes and they disappeared too (2. screenshot):

    • [Alpha2-1] Furniture vanished short after building

      I placed several Blueprints to build stuff.
      Started with Wooden Table & Bench and a Wooden Bench.

      I figured you get at the Wooden Table & Bench a hand symbol, instead for furniture usual an wheel symbol (as you get for the wooden bench per example).
      When i click the Wooden Table, i get a message window about if i want really to destroy it.
      I did not clicked it, i wanted to make a screenshot to write a report.
      I wrote something in the chat, and then my Wooden Table was gone.

    • [Alpha2-1] Logs sometimes not to pick up

      I got it now second time, that i can't pick up a Log in a position like this, i not even get the hand symbol for picking up:

      Last time i could kick it out of this position with the collision control and just running against it.
      But this time it just moves a bit and it is still not pickable nor moveable/kickable anymore:

    • [Alpha2-1] Structure related problems

      There are some problems with structures you build on your property.
      Will fill this list slowly while i am testing these.

      1 - Placement of Blueprints:
      There are already reported problems with placement of structure blueprints, like the "Placing chest next to walls is not working".

      To this point i have to add that it may be, because the wall counts for occupied place.
      Like for this workbench, that i can't place there, because the wall is using that place:

      Each Square has four valid positions to place something, but just, if nothing else blocking this position.
      So you need to find a position thats not accupied and where your structure will fit, like this:

      As for the Chest, it seems it would fit perfectly to place it there, but the wall still occupies this place. Well, probably it is not the problem, i just guess without knowing how the check for placement works ๐Ÿ˜‰

      I guess for the same reason the placement of a fence direct to the wall is not possible:

      2 - Movement of Structures:
      It is not possible to move anything in my house to another position.

      But moving Items outside is possible.
      Probably because of not clicking on the ground grid, because of the House floor?

      Especially, beside all the bugs, the game itself shows its potential.
      Now i am just wanting to see how the bugfixing while Alpha 2 will run.
      I am expecting at the end of Alpha 2 smooth core features that work in every circumstance. ๐Ÿ˜‰

      @Tuoni they had rotation earlier, but there was some problems with it aswell.
      I would be also glad, if the rotation comes back.
      But for now, i think, it is more important that general placing works well. ๐Ÿ™‚

      P.S. Just noticed, you can use W for rotating - just did not found the key yesterday ๐Ÿ˜‚

      Beside this i have another point:

      • When you building your Walls, the pathfinding of being able to place the ressources is not constistent. Some of the walls i could build from outside, at some of them my character walked from the outside the whole way to the wall inside.

      I tried to figure out a regular behaviour of this, but i think it is the pathfinding problem in general.
      Since for the action it needs a special gap between the building and the character to perform it, the angle of the path seems to have a big impact.
      My feeling is that the collision control of the later solid structure cross the action algorithm.

      • When I placed the last piece of a specific part of the house (for example wall 3/3). There is this weird delay before character starts to actually finish the part. Character gets back to standing stance and then gets back in to the business.

      The Delay is all over, not just at building.
      I think the delay is from the reccource placing.
      I was placing a full cart of wood to the walls, means clicking the Cart Menu, taking the log, placing the log and clicking the cart again.
      Between ressouceplacing and being able to click the cart again, it had always a second delay.
      That means, you have the same delay after you placed the last ressource and start building.

      The other both i can not confirm yet, did not experienced them.
