I my experience from last test phase: i had the feeling with luck i could find more drops and also did less missed spells.
I am not quite sure, but i think the Luck is like a Dice Roll, that makes the difference between success and failure.
But yeah, i also did not got a regularity in it 
@Nekrage don't go too harsh to Grofire, because it's true what he said.
Balancing is for Beta, that means, we will get it later, but you already can discuss your experience with it.
But don't take the actual state for weights, strongness and skill overpowerment too serious as if it would be already finished.
That was the main reason he said it is broken. Obvisously the game isn't broken, it actual runs very well for an Alpha.
But we got first steps into PVP now, and with the still missing core features, the whole PVP is kinda broken. But thats nothing that needs to get addressed for now. Once we have all features available, for sure.
Maybe just give here your experiences, your ideas, your suggestions, without feeling offended, if people are not same opinion as you are. We all just want to have in future a really nice working game. And each contribution by us is important.
Since we have way more PVE player right now (like me), is a full contribution about your experience as an PVP player probably a bit more important for later.
