the fatigue system should be improved. I should be able to lie down and rest wherever I want. I don't need a 15kg stone to start a fire.

I don't know if other games with kind of survival mechanics have a free to rest everywhere feature.
But maybe it could be possible to rest everywhere, but with restrictions like not close to fighting zones, slower than at a fire. Who knows, for what balancing the Devs will decide in future.

Well that system is introduced for this test first time.
Ressource nodes are bound to a town next to it, like you claimed the ressource.
Thats a part of the system, that allows it later on to have a reason to siege a town, to get access to it's ressources, if you can overtake the town.
Surely it needs some overthinking, so that it maybe can be possible to find small ressource nodes everywhere and not bound all around the world. But wouldn't that lead to camping behaviours?
I killed a rabbit. There was no one around me to do a kill steal. I got the error you can't loot this body.

I can't get to the blacksmith counter without being a member of a city. Not everyone is friendly. Some of the creatures in nature live in flocks, some live alone. You lose the solo players.
For now it is intended, that you need to be citizen of a town to use the advanced crafting tables.

There is a hidden class system. Limitations to freedom hinder creativity. A warrior should also be able to cast spells. it is already getting a bonus with int.
Hmm you can cast spells, if you wear as a "Warrior" just light armor and using Mage Weapons or being unarmed.
Maybe you will not be that good as a character with stats that more fits a caster class, but you are able, depending on your Equip and chosen Talents.

Yeah, there are still limitations depending on your stats that you chosed at the beginning, but you don't need 6 Characters to play different playstyles. You can make yourself up to 5 Presets.
If you think you was chosing wrong stats at Character Creation, you will maybe like to hear, that the Devs thinking about a possibility to change these later on with some restrictions, means not easy change, whenever you want.
But we do not know yet, how they will implement it, i think it will need some prerequisites to do so.

Usually tweaking the game will really start most likely when all corefeatures are implemented. That means that will beside adding content the main topic for Beta.
Will solo pve be an endless experience. Will we meet creatures with random statuses in random dungeons? There were no creatures I couldn't kill solo in a few days.

Already answered, you don't need the montly payment to play the game.
Nevertheless you will to buy the game once, to be able to play.
Thats the system they decided to use. Somehow the game needs to get payed in any kind. Servers costs money, Developement costs money, somehow the money needs to get collected somewhere.
And yes, you can ask yourself, why paying for a game, when there is Albion or LoA for free, but there are also points, why people don't like these games. I never played them, but i heared/was reading here, that these games are no option for several player. But i guess it is all a matter of taste.

@Whitebear Yes, one hour of using a weapon for that you need to work three days doesn't sounds right at all.
I think there will be much rebalancing for that, especially if it was a high material item.
Not sure how long an Iron Sword is lasting, since i don't use this weapons. Has it the same Durability?
For me it would sound right, if there is some difference in durability.
Like Steelsword lasts longer than Iron > Silver > Gold.
Since Gold is a quite soft material, it should break very fast, Silver is more hard, so it should last longer.
But both not that long than Iron or Steel.

I heared from people in the ingame chat, who are not able to cast some things, because the shield is counting as heavy armor somehow.
So i think the shield is always "active" if you equip it.
Maybe someone with experience in shield and effects to the actual used abilities can report about.
If i remember right, it was some special ability for a bow in combination with the shield, but i can be wrong.

@Kraxis Thats the actual list about all costs at the ranks that are available. And you rank each day, means you have to pay each day the costs, depending on which rank your town are.
(Short side node, there is an error in the list, because the Upkeep for rank 1 and 2 are the same, so each rank has in real the value to pay thats shown for the next rank)

There is nothing to fix.
Because there is no problem.
INT on Items just don't give more Memory points.
You can get INT for Memory points at your initial character sheet and with Talents, that's it.
It works as intented.
Also if you chose INT on your character, you will be quite weak in other stats.
As a Tank you won't need that much INT and Memory points, because you have the shiney nice metal armor and the big hard hitting sword.
You will see, many skills that are for Mages will need light armor too, so, nope, not everyone will going to make characters with Max INT.
It doesn't mean, they will not balance it more, like making tanky abilities cheaper than the 6 point super duper Mage Abilities.
But the system with not counting Items with INT is exactly good as it is.

Look, i know it is a cool thing to be able in an Alpha to get all stuff tested, but on the other hand, it is also very important to test early on the restrictions we will have later on.
It does not make sense for me, to open up all available stuff instantly and entirely to each people.
We also need to test, if progression of getting KP fits in any kind, if we will be able to get a full talent tree and the abilities we need for our playstyle. If it will be enough for playing in a right way. And not for getting all unlocked entirely in a few days.

Thats intended, because you could abuse the system, if you equip items, memorize more abilities with your more INT and then simply remove the items again and go with less INT but more abilities to adventures.
So no bug at all.

I always don't understand, why people with carpal tunnel syndrom always want from the game designer to get a solution for their problem.
I know, it is a real pain to deal with carpal tunnel, but for that reason each doctor will tell you, that you have to stay away from stuff, that makes it worse.

Just think a while about putting 10 stones for a campfire, 5 Branches to make the fire, 50 Bandages and 50 Remedys and 10 Skins from 3 Meter high fat trolls in your backpack in real world.

Some things are heavier than others, that is usual in many games with weight restriction.
If you want to carry more, create your toon with max strenght and skill strength talents.
That does not mean, i am totally happy with the weigth balancing overall, but i know, there will be much rebalancing during Beta. For Alpha, thats only goal is, to get all core features into the game and get them tested as good we can, is tweaking weights totally unimportant, excpet there is a very hard failure/mistake in a weight of an item.
An Example would be, if the small dandelion would have a weight of 4 kg, while the Longsword is just weighting 0.1 kg.
@Kraxis you are wrong, there are already more "gold sinks".
Maybe you didn't notice, because you didn't care about Upkeep of Towns.
But that takes each day a very good amount of Gold.
Also to buy your Plot takes money.
Yes, we don't have that much gold sinks right now, but we will get more.
You will need to repair your houses regulary, otherwise they will decay.
We also don't know how much Gold we will need to open portals or hiring NPC guards and trader (if they will be in game).
I am not sure, if the Alpha is a right place to care about "not enough gold sinks".
