Btw. thats one of the reasons Devs don‘t want to go early on Steam. And i can understand them very well, because the usual Steamplayer start a game and if not all is presentated on the golden tablet, they vote for a bad game, even they played it not even some hours.
I am curious, how the game will feels like in the new test.
And i am happy to test soon again so many new things.

I also prefer not to separate RP from non/maybe RP people.
As Roleplayer we can stand the usual problems with silly people, but if we separate us from all, the possibility to give people a taste of RP they maybe want to join is non existing.
Better lets find ways to make the server living, that also holds many people ingame, because it is interesting to have all possibilities open.
Is a bit same, why Dynamight want to combine player types and not separate them.

Well at PoE you still can watch out the Account Page of the Player, if he opened it public to see, what he/she wears.
Many people use it for guides to show, what they equip and which Skills they use.

And having a in game translation means the game is open to more players.
I‘m not sure, if a chat translator will attract more people. Thats at least for me no feature to decide if i want to play a game or not. And i don‘t think many people say „Oh this game translate my chat, just for this reason i want to play it.“
Also i think, that there will be many player from different languages just talk to own peoplein their own groups with theier own language. People who don‘t effort a bit time to learn english, if they chose international MMO, usually have no interest to talk to people outside of their own language.
I think @muker can agree much about russian community.
My experience from other games is, that especially russians stay seperated in their own groups.
Sure not all of them, but i guess a good bunch of them.
And yes, i know also germans, who play international MMOs, but don‘t want to learn english at least a bit

Now it is just a Leaderboard.
We Germans even have two words for that, the first one is same as Thingie, but just in it‘s pure form „Ding“... for all other we use „Zeug(s)“, mainly to descibe all thats not just a thing.
We even have real words thats end with „zeug“ like Werkzeug (tool), Feuerzeug (lighter), Flugzeug (plane) and so on.

If i understand the system of Fractured right, you will need very special setups for going to an Expedition.
So a simple „We need DPS/Healer/Tank“ will not work in our game.
You need to ask for special setup and in this reason a simple phrases translator will not work at all.
Someone who don‘t be able to learn english will be very frustrated after some tries to communicate in this special situation and will chose just to go with people of own language.
Even an auto translator will not work for this people, because of many misunderstandings in reason of wrong translations, since many many gamer use special gamer words. And i doubt there is an auto-translator available who has this special gamer language in it.
For all this reasons i stay at my opinion that an ingame translator for chat is not helpful.

I think it will be, as it will be friendly to carebears who just want to live their PVE life and as it will be challenging for the people who like to find their goal in a good PVP fight.
