If you use Gmail, you can get email to all sorts of variations using + symbol (not sure if Kickstarter will catch this as the same email address).

Like youremail+other@gmail.com will still go to youremail@gmail.com

Will a guild town turn into a Hamlet after losing enough prestige and thus oust the current Governor? If so, wouldn't that "disconnect" the town (now a hamlet) from the guild so they would have to start over to claim it?

Can we build roads between towns (if so how does it work with the neutral areas)? And will doing so help the prestige of the towns? Will commerce between towns help prestige of them?

What sort of activities make citizens "eligible" to vote and/or be a candidate?

I thought Prometheus said/posted towns will be reset after each testing phase so I assume houses will as well.

Also, if I recall, Prometheus said VIP is for the account so it would make sense that it could be used on any character.

Building on the guild-level organization @Gothix mentioned, one reason would be to make alts of different races for the sole purpose to oust governors of free towns and gather resources from the other planets and hand them off as necessary to the guild or to join other guilds as spies.

I really like the Lich and was hoping something like that would be added one day.

Guilds are alignment restricted (not race) according to latest posts (#10 in the same link @muker provided - "Mixed guilds will be alignment-restricted").

Looking at kickstarter rewards there are buildings from Cottages to Castles, which indicates there are different sized plots. Are there a fixed amount of each? Or is it build where your building fits?

How many crafting specialties are planned and what are they (i.e. metal smith, carpenter, tanning, leather work, etc.)?

Will there be different "levels" to crafting (i.e. apprentice, journeyman, master)?

@tulukaruk I know it's a chance for pre-alpha, that's what I meant by "eligible" - granted I should have been clearer - but I linked where all the info was which is clear.
