      It wasn't specifically mentioned that crafting/cooking/alchemy used your stat distribution, but I'm inferring that from the fact that other professions work that way.

      Yeah, I thought in that Q&A an example was STR and blacksmithing. Maybe you need high PER to make good stew πŸ™‚

      That's what I assume and the part about "If you’re a Human with Neutral alignment, you can also stay for a while – around 5/10 hours" could drop "Human" and apply to all Neutral characters.

      To add to what @Target already said - Beastmen can only choose Good while on Arboreus (not even Neutral). On another planet you can choose Neutral, but if your Karma sways too much you might not be able to return permanently to Arboreus.

      The Spotlight gets sort of "fuzzy" where a Neutral Beastman is involved as it says Arboreus is "accessible only by Beastmen and characters with Good alignment". Further on it mentions Humans with Neutral alignment can only stay for a short period, but not sure what happens if you're off planet as a Beastman, choose Neutral and then try to go back to Arboreus.

      While it's true travel between planets is possible, from what Prometheus has said, it's not easy. So you can't just come and go as you please from planet to planet. Easiest would be to try out each race since you get 3 character slots (as Jetah mentioned).

      @Jetah yeah, I leveled up using Blade/Hammer in Secret World and my leech build was elites/raids only - that was nice thing about that game and what I hope Fractured brings back. Honestly, Secret World (the original; not the watered down current one) is probably my favorite MMO I've ever played - a lot of skill involved.

      @gothix lol, yep Blade/Hammer was my "running around" build as well. My leech build was elites/raids only. I leech healed everything, didn't care if mobs had those stupid bubbles or not. I stopped playing a bit after Manhattan raid was a thing. Leech healed that many times. Everyone bailed to Neverwinter due to lack of updates at the time.

      That's really something I have high hopes for in Fractured - bringing back the need/desire to switch builds depending on what you're doing. Like Gothix, I had several builds in Secret World - my solo build, my leech heal build, had a fist heal build, DPS pistols/shotgun build - played whatever role was needed without having to log onto an alt.

      @Gothix @Jetah Yeah, I always like this sort of character - especially if I have to balance life/mana (like give my life to heal or something).

      My favorite to date is still my Secret World leech healer with an AR where you had to mix DPS with healing.

      I know it was probably said that they'll drop something that players can gather and carry around while fighting, but it would be interesting to know what would it be exactly.

      So far it seems like you can craft a "Basic Sword", a "Sword", "Quality Sword", etc., if it's the case then crafting system sure seems a bit boring, but I think they have something in their sleeve on this.

      As far as I know it's only been mentioned that creatures will drop special resources and money, but I don't recall anything specific on what "special resources" means. Maybe for a treant they drop treant bark or something.

      I hope it's not like Wurm Online, either, where you have an incredible amount of mindless clicking to do to advance a crafting project (additionally poisoned by RNG failures).

      I prefer meaningful crafting choices, and if I have to click, I want it to mean more than "do the same thing again".

      Prometheus has stated that there will be very little RNG in crafting.
