leather could be turned into water skins. we have the survival aspect already. water could be used to put out fires (caused by player). Imagine putting a player whos on fire out!
I'd love to see scuba dive (full underwater) exploration at some point. there are plenty of resources a character could access underwater. an expansion that adds underwater would be pretty sweet. ArcheAge did underwater pretty well, maybe some inspiration could be taken from it. the Navel part was neat too.

it should be AFTER the test. I'm quite sure @Prometheus / @Specter / @Znirf will give us a week warning, like an actual date and time when they'll be pulled.

humans have tech, so it's possible they could create SCUBA or something similar. the Beast and Demons could just have longer holding breath timers.
problem is the game has pve too for the Beastkin. There needs a way for them to replace gear too.
can't buy Foundation xp. you gotta earn it!
i think the Foundation could be setup similar to seasons or in this case maybe Testing phases. The current is alpha then they can change the rewards for beta, then change again for release.
I love the idea of the Foundation and really want it to stick around. These forums are alive because of them!
I'd like to see a hard cap of level 300 for each iteration that way others can catch up.

It doesn't make sense not to take valuable loot once you killed previous owners... but even if we assume that for some reason someone left it on the ground, anyone passing through later on can still pick it up and take it. IF nothing else old owners can return to check if it's still there.

it doesn't make any sense to keep it either. if i killed you i will be taking your gear. that's my reward. you're my pve, your gear is my reward. that's how rpgs work!
fractured will have to have decay based on use and death. there's no other way around it. and repairs shouldn't allow the item to exist infinitely. DAoC had 2 bars for gear. one for wear, which could be increased via repair and conc (forget the full name) which decayed by death, use and repairs. it was actually better to repair often because the conc decay wouldn't be as fast.
i mentioned it would be great to keep, just change the rewards if they want them unique, maybe reset everyone every time too. It gives players a place to chat, talk about the game and interact with each other. They could remove the daily post to slow down the leveling.
second thing it'd offer is free means to get cosmetic items.
all of this about bridges, which would be neat, why dont we want boats of varying sizes?
small kayaks, small flat boats, medium sized sailboats to large ships! smallest is a 1 seater, then 2-5 (could be different designs), up to transports specifically designed to move transportation animals.

if we had blueprints then it could work with limited run prints. ie a seasonal blueprint could have 25 runs. have a quest or mob or something that rewards the print so that it isn't just given to everyone. the player could sell the print or the items.
it's time based once you get past those easy quest. it'll happen, i too thought I'd never be high enough level but here I am a year later and I'm around rank 24-ish.
