@Jetah no point in telling me to do that, as I am not one of the developers. just a supporter ^c^
i didnt tell you to do that. i just said how I would do it.

unlike most MMO's, this one doesnt seem to be complete fantasy... looking more like a survival game like ARK. Cosmetics in games that look like this one would take away from the game for some players inatead of adding more to it. it would be immersion breaking for some players. especially if it isnt all based on a survival aspect and you can get pink neko costumes or flashy rainbow dresses
it's fantasy and steampunk-ish. i'd be ok with that.
i would suggest releasing it in phases during alpha so that i can be tested.

@Jetah With 3 ranks per spell that would make it the double of 200 I thought it was. Creating 400 unique spells would be a real challenge.
yep. i'm ok with only having 100 at launch then them adding to the game over time. but 400^3 would be nice at launch too.

@Jetah Food & Drug Administration (USA)
and do you think a US gov body exist in Fractured?

The development roadmap explains why the knowledge system is being implemented later in the development cycle: '(...)As much as we’d love to have it already in Test 1, that’s hardly possible, since it requires all the other systems to be in place (with a decent amount of content) to make sense. You need plenty of creatures to interact with, locations to explore, and so on.(...)'. Just give them more time, after all Alpha means 'not yet feature complete'!
I mean.. there could be limited testing with 1 npc type and one location. IE kill wolves and explore some temple ruins.
part of MTX is advertising. part of that advertising is forcing others to see it.
head stays still, player on head, rest of body can be animated.
it's 1200 with all ranks! if i'm remembering correctly!
there could be a decay period so that you can't just use the toad for infinite storage.
i mean.. it's still alpha so not all the systems are in place. it's easier to allow spells to be case without gear. well my assumption is.
the problem with that ideology is that the developers put content in the game and they want everyone to try it all. the angel can still pvp during invasions!
in order to be an angel you'll have to be a demon anyways so you'll have to pvp at some point.
@Xzoviac
you wouldn't have food in boxes with holes. that would allow all kinds of critters to consume the contents.

The Angel quest line isn't suppose to be easy. I personally think it should involve doing everything.
the game should cater to everyone not just you...
you understand the irony here right?
@Xzoviac
if the frog is swallowing boxes why is food slimy?
I wouldn't mind for 1 day a year, like April Fools, where 'modern' style cosmetics are in the game.

testing could make it easy. talk to npc, get the new thing. beta could have a few parts of the quest chain to make sure things work well. then for live the whole chain could be add in. if DS wanted to they could add in parts each week/month thus time gating it.
but i really would like to see it be a all-the-things type quest chain. get all the knowledge. do all the professions (that we can do). do pvp. do pve. do invasions. do defense of said invasions. do city sieges. etc. make sure the person is well rounded and has done it all.not every one wants to do everything and this idea of forcing people to everything pretty much goes against everything that this game promises... the whole point of having three different worlds is to have players who want to do different things play without feeling like they need to do stuff they don't want... so whats the point of making an achievement be gated behind something like completing everything in game? I'd rather they do something interesting than just amke it hard for the sake of being hard...
