hi dear devs, its seems a new piece of information about FF was told on discord, and not on forum.
this shouldn't be so, most people use the forum and not discord.
and on side note its really demoralizing to see that very long and expected features such FF just cast a side... some here from way before the kickstarter started, and we payed to see your vision come to life, so please try it before make such a big change like no FF.

i hope its not true, since it was a big idea, why i fought this game will work.
no FF is both less immersive and enabling for a huge zerg to destroy the servers, FF give you a chance to play tactical fighting where a small force can win over a big force, and not just play who can bring more players to the fight. @Prometheus @Specter
@Shivashanti i think you might have misunderstand. this feature was promoted form the beginning, to change it, without saying so, on the official site seem to me unlikely.
@Shivashanti where did you saw it ? im follow this subject for a very long time, and do not remember seeing them change their minds about it...
and last time i saw, FF was on in demon and human planets, in guild too.
do not forget that, not like albion, there will be FF on human and demon planet, so doesn't matter what the size of the guild, too many people and they will lose.
I found that when I close every thing else, and open only the game it work.

i wished i could help more, but never worked with SpatialOS. but since i build many different server base architecture i would agree it sound like GC, I suggest, see the timing of the queued up messages and check what processes should have run, and see if they finished runing without memory left usage.
@Yitra i put dex 18 and int 18, but the eva seems not worth the trouble.
@Yitra i have 10 in perception and i miss a lot of missiles
i only wonder what luck do, and does critical dmg and hit work for magic too.
i tried to log all day long, more then 100 times, didn't worked even once

yes, it happen to me too.
my character was bug from lunch, but after creating a new character, it some how just free my old character.
i played the game for a few hours, and then died real death, not KB.
i respawn but couldn't move my character, i exit the game and tried to re enter but got the "setting up character" bug, tried to create new character for freeing my old, but that not working. i can log to the game with the new characters but not with the old one. @Prometheus @Specter do you know what happens here ?
hi, im trying to log form the start of the test, but i can't, every time i choose my char the world tries to start and it stop, returning to the char selection.
I'm getting stuck in the loading screen at "Setting up character".
do it in November 16 my b-day 
@Specter good to hear that but what I said was that they have changed it the first time with no testing, so it was little weird, but we just wait and see in testing it might be OK.
@Pluto its all talking in the air, the 3 could have work and the 1 could work, the matter of the fact is: without creating and testing, we can not know... so there is little point changing the system.
@Xzoviac lol that what I said before they changed spells from 3 level to 1 level...
But a very vocal minority persuaded them to change from 3 to 1 before the system was created or tested.
I fear the same non progression system to be boring and under rewarding.
