@maze Did you play UO? House fights were some of the biggest pvp battles I took place in lol.

RE: House and its owner rights
I'd much rather have UO style rules where you can ban people from your house. Containers should have similar levels of security. The game has to limit griefing options or people will just quit.

RE: [Parcel Contest] Coming Home
Every game I've played where I had the ability to own a house, it was always a focus of much game play

RE: Ranged damage feels too high.
I always liked pvp damage to be scaled down compared to pve. No one likes to get one shot lol.

RE: Winter Alpha Spotlight - Criminal System
If AoE affects other "blues" we are sounding like the old exploit from UO. Reds would always bring blues along just so they could turn all the blues grey and then they were attackable without penalty. However, we don't have a blue/red/grey system here. We only have good and evil correct? It seems that alot of the talk is stemming from attacking another player from an AoE toggles pvp automatically. Can players not turn that toggle off? FF should only apply to those that have pvp turned on. Otherwise AoE spells are going to be useless as they will be the target of tons of exploiting by other players as was the fact in UO. Actually with the targeting system not "locking" onto a target even melee attacks can be abused if you jump in front of a player. Players need a way to control not wanting to be in pvp if that is their choice of gameplay. Other players should not force players into pvp.
If there is time involved on jailed characters does this time only tick away while logged in? Jail was kind of pointless in UO. If you were in jail you simply left your computer logged in while you slept every night to count down the timer. I prefer a long timer such as a week and it was ticked off in real time. I don't think it should be account bound. That penalizes the player for a gameplay that is allowed. The player did nothing wrong, only their character

RE: I wish casual players to have blacksmithing , leatherworking etc benches in their land.
If the game doesn't accommodate solo players or casual players that's a niche they will lose in revenue.

RE: Winter Alpha Spotlight - Criminal System
I like this bounty hunter fee system better than UO had. I knew pks who would have their friends simply kill them for large bounties. They not only got rewarded by taking someones stuff they killed but got any bounty the target was silly enough to put upon them.

RE: Damage bonus: it could be so easy
@Roccandil D&D computer games have always been notorious for thinking you already know the system from the pnp version. I agree the game needs to pull up meaningful information during character creation from the game itself, not some outside source. This is even more important if resets are not going to be easy or at all.

RE: Prometheus, did y'all disable mouse click emulation?
I like the idea of being able to configure your key bindings. Most games have it. Being able to setup your movement to keys rather than the mouse would be a nice implementation.

RE: Will Steam Early Access available ?
Early access steam games usually get slammed. I understand wanting some money for the product you made asap, but the negative marketing for the game when it is full of bugs in early access probably hurts sales in the long run.

Another quality of life necessary option
All the same stuff in one stack also.

RE: Durability is depleting WAY too fast + Tanks are getting screwed!
All I'll say is that the last mmo I played the durability was linked to effectiveness and the items were basically used up in a day and I quit the game. I don't want to play a game where I have to constantly be working to replace gear just so I can have some fun. I agree with items having durability so crafters can be viable, but items need to last days not hours.

Sounds like crafters are going to have alot of action in the game.
