Between this and the traveling bug between the islands and i'm reasonable certain we've already lost people. I know for a fact we've lost a lot of people because these and other major issues have not been resolved.

Not really buying the merchant account thing either. Amazon is universal. Paypal is universal. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, all universal. One of these will be accepted virtually anywhere

Saw a guy the other day in player-help from spain. NONE of those could be used. a pretty fair portion of the world population, or least people who would be buying the game, have bank accounts. Or at least some form of Debit card, which typically will be visa.

I also find it strange that from the US i haven't heard of anyone using any of those methods having issues. and yet foreigners seem to have nothing but issues. And gamino is an EU company is it not?

I definitely think they cherry picked the mostly softball questions. And it certainly didn't need to be live. Only reason for it to be live is to have participation and feedback.

Given the state of Aerhen after nearly a month im concerned for Arboreus. The totally skipped those questions. And it was the very first one asked. Also very concerned over the lack of priorities. Features should never take precedence over fixes. The most glaring issue we still face is the travel bug from the tutorial and between islands. Guaranteed CTD every single time.

Then there's the store issues. Everyday there's more and more people in the player help channel with issues buying the game. Oddly enough, most of those seem to foreign. and gamingo is foreign. (to the us i mean). Shouldn't it be easier for them to buy the game?

Those two issues will kill this game faster than any other bug. Not being able to buy the game, and then when you finally can your first introduction is a game crashing bug.

What happened to the hotfix for the travel bug and the adv smelters that was supposed to go out yesterday

"supposed" to have been fixed yesterday along with the advanced smelters. Been going on basically since launch

What other options are there? Without controller support anyway

1. Different citizen ranks. Start out as a peasant for example, work your way up to commoner with higher rights, then to citizens etc.

2. more levels to unlock public access. Should be some sort of degree. I.e, put your own stuff in, but not be allowed to take others out. an "owned" by tag for example.

3. a citizen chat channel. Not all citizens are guild members.

4. Some sort of MOTD system that pops up for citizens either on first login, first time entering the city, or combination. This would inform citizens of what is required. Be that wagons of stone/wood/ore to assisting with the harvest to special announcements about city happenings.

A plot is a big expense. No new player is going to be able to meet that expense before they get to a point where they might as well just join a city

Now, things like Hunting Lodges that can be built near hot spots for a fireplace and some limited crafting would be welcome. Could even have a 24 hour timer or something

Well this a beta. To see what features are even needed/wanted or necessary. So far this one misses on all three

Pine was broken before update. Only one i think. So they fixed one and broke two others....

Nothing about prestige fixes in this update. But hey, good news, you can get warm or cold now

They just need an autologoff after idle for 30 mins setting. supper simple to do. Mine took about 50 hours and was fixed yesterday before 5pm pdt

The poop screen traveling between islands and subsequent CTD is significantly more important than weather.

No advanced smelter fix? Granted, we can get by, but still. Both of these have been known since the alpha launched

Any idea how long it takes one person to craft enough resources to build a set of Mithril plate? You need three different Ores. 1 Iron 2 Tin and 3 Silver make 5 mithril ingots. You need 20 ingots for a set.

And then some dbag griefer loaded up on haxxors and exploits is gonna come along and take my heard earned precious set?? Hells to the Gdarned never gonna happen.

24 hours still cant login. No acknowledgment of the issue or that it is being addressed. Cold Silence. Truly, exceptional customer service
