      Its been stated no refunds. I would suggest watching the plethora of streamers that will be cropping up.

      That said. The lowest level of access is $25. If i could have the various $25 I have "thrown" away over the years on things i ended up not liking/wanting/needing I would be able to retire right now

      Ok, obviously things have been removed from the new packs. Things were removed from the Founders packs that were in the Kickstarter packs. And rightly so.

      As long as they honor the Lifetime VIP that the Eternals paid for there is absolutely no way anyone can sue (which would be utterly ludicrous anyway) for anything. Definitely not grounds for any kind of a refund. If they DON'T honor it, then we have a problem. However, it doesn't seem like that's going to be the case.

      I do however what my store status changed from Platinum to Eternal.

      i dont recall a hard copy of the game being in there. No one does hard copies for digital games anymore. There's no point

      Main difference between the eternal and the platinum that i can see is the difference in VIP. Eternal is lifetime, and Plat is 6 months. As long as that Lifetime is honored (and that was the very first answer given) then its all good

      I havent seen a single person yet verify they can get on through IOS. That COULD be the app itself, but since it works just fine on Android if no one can use IOS then it has to be the platform.

      Wether thats cause the APP isn't optimized for apple or the OS is somehow not compatible i'm not sure because I adamantly refuse to have anything to with IOS.

    • Potential workaround to buying packs

      Had some success with this on the discord. If your having issues buying/seeing the packs available try this.

      1. go to https://glyph.trionworlds.com/
      2. DO NOT SIGN IN
      3. select Fractured
      4. Click on Store
      5. Click on See More of the pack you want to buy
      6. Click Buy now. Here you'll need to sign in if it doesn't auto sign in
      7. enter payment details.

      The key seems to be not signing in until you click the buy now

      First rule of troubleshooting browser issues is always try a different one. IE is slowly being phased out completely for Edge so many sites just outright fail.

      I use chrome for just about everything and rarely have any issues with current sites. Definetely not with Fractured or Glyph. Beyond the code verification thing which was solved with the Auth app. Which, appears to be having many issues with IOS, but thus far not with android. That i've read anyway.

      Sounds like that might be more of an Apple issue than glyph. I was able to download it to my android phone in Reno with no issues

      I dont think any packs are showing for anyone on glyph. It did show at the end of the migration what i had bought (eternal) and what got transferred. Since we won't have access to it for the beta as long as it shows up by launch it will be fine. I also still have my receipt for proof if need be.

      Never did use the hyphen. Takes the glyph code just fine, keeps asking for the fractured code

      I'm not sure what the fractured code is. Should only be the device verification code which is the Glyph one.
