@spoletta you can actually access the Russian forum as well as Portuguese forum but only through links that FOLLOW you INSIDE the forum (that can be seen from the main page, i.e. last reply ). Not using the main url-s on the main Community forum page - they're broken.

1: No, I do not own the Eternal pack but that kind of problem happened with @AuroraBorealis . She didn't have the button available (although she hadn't owned the ETERNAL pack), so I had to buy the pack for her as a gift.
2: The problem is fixed now by unknown reason 
3-4: Hmm. And what about unread news points? We've read ALL the news (pressing Twitter and Facebook buttons) but it is still less than 8400. How to solve it? Could you please do something to help us with that kind of bug?
5: It's a pity. @Specter, maybe the site dev team should take into consideration that a person should be informed that newsletters deletion will lead to unsolvable Foundation quests. Just my suggestion. Nevertheless you did a great job with this site!
Side question: @AuroraBorealis doesn't have a Foundation title (near her profile name). And she is 124 level already. How to fix it?

As @AuroraBorealis already emntioned in her post the game doesn't let her to login in the start menu of the game, giving the "LOGIN FAILED. The e-mail you inserted is invalid" error.
Does anyone knows the reason of this error?

I have an idea. Maybe some players have already discussed that option, but can we have an ability to turn off the armour visibility? It's like you still equipped with the set of your choice but you can also disable the visibility of particular armour part (hands, head, body, or every part!) and it will be still equipped and active.

Also big thanks to @Prometheus , who helped the owner of this character, Aurora, to remove her duplicate.
@Specter , but we have a problem. ID 3968 was on horse and with wagon when she stucked. And she also had in property 6 wagons full of coal and tin (2 with coal, 2 with tin, 2 with iron). May i ask you to restore these wagons (with its previous content - coal, tin, iron) near her house in Trondheim? Because when @Prometheus deleted her duplicate character, these 6 wagons were also removed (which were near her house at that moment). There has to be some reference in the ID of the char which tells that she had these 6 wagons in property.
Greetings, dear developers of Fractured MMORPG. The game by now is pretty enticing, it creates the feeling of unknown and in a party it can be a real fun, but bugs like these, when I can't even log in during the 1 hour, are just the top of frustration.
Please, fix this bug and let the player with ID 3968 log in the game!
