Non usable/harvestable Ressources

I was sure i was reporting it 2 days ago, but somehow, i do not found it anymore.

However, there are areas where you can't harvest Plants/Stones nor chop trees nor hit boulder.

I have such an Area at -16' -64'' W -07' -90 N

got the same probleme at : -19'-40" W 00' -63" N
can't cut trees and some plants and rock can't be picked up
