Can beastmen have shapeshifting?

So, beastmen can shapeshift like druid class or something? For example CHADRA's will be tiger whenever they want and back to their normal form?

Yes, they will be able to change shape.

There are no classes so it’s possible any race can learn shapeshifting if we have those abilities in game.

Yes, all races of Beastmen can shapeshift into their own animal form, each one with its perks, but it's not something baseline: there will be a sort of quest to unlock that ability.
