Profile and cover picture error

So, there seems to be a problem for me to change my profile picture and my cover picture. When I try to change and upload some new ones and nothing happens, can someone help me? Maybe I'm doing something wrong, hope is the right place to ask. Thanks!

I don't have an issue with the cover picture BUT I can't change my profile picture
Every time I try, it reverts back to this one when I click save.

Try clearing your browser cache.
