Building a Guild from the ground up

Im looking for people whom are willing to lend a hand in a guild im considering in creating called :The Golden Immortalis:
All people are welcome! Regardless of your race, religion or ambitions.
This guild will be the foundation of the egalitarianism principles.
all people should be treated as equals and have the same political, economic, social and civil rights.Message me if you have any questions or just feel like talking, Im looking forward in sharing ideas with others

So it will be a Democracy? whats the lieutenants duties such as yourself?

@RagingTaco @Finland Black bull will respect the opinion and idea of every guild member. Respect to each other is our priority. As lieutenant my role will be to recruit, organise guild activity such raid,boss hunt, settlement management and other stuff. Also, will personnaly try to help as I can every new player that gonna join us
The syndesia Hub will be our human group (and maybe other race (with good alignments) if mixing is allow.
