So the Tutorial Quests are just gone and I can't claim the rewards after walking through the portal?

So yea my bag was full, figured I would go through the portal to put stuff in the bank and them claim the rewards, but the quests are no longer showing in the quest log...
Pretty terrible, there was like 5 - 6 quests with random reward chances, pretty bummed out.
