When is this game coming out and is it for PC and will it be on mobile...!

@biggaz No release date has been set yet. The pre-alpha and first alpha wave are currently scheduled for late this year.
Fractured will be released on the PC. As far as I am aware, there are no plans to release Fractured on mobile devices.
