Can't create a guild

I tried to create a guild all by myself, but I can't enter a guild tag. Are there any requirement to create a guild ?
Having a party ? Not being a protected player ? I don't know

Ok my bad, I thought that the Guild Tag was disabled because it didn't show the cursor
