24 hour Respec not working for me.

It has been over 30 hours since my last respec. Please can I get a fix, I switched builds with the understanding I could switch again in 24 hours, now I am stuck in a build I do not want.

Server patches and downtimes can mess a bit with the time "perceived" by the server. This time there looks to be an 8 hour difference.
