Unable to mine stone from location

3 stone outcroppings unable to be mined. Left click gives stutter then nothing.

@dcjester is this an area out in the wild or on a town space?
If it is on a town it may be locked for you.
Also there is an issue at intown space, when there was placed a building that got removed. the ressources that spawn there aren't usable anymore.
There are also sometimes problems with already harvested ressources that aren't shown as already harvested.
