Unlimited Plant Fiber in starter town

On the quest called "Gear Up" when getting plant fiber, appears to be unlimited amount of fiber that can be grabbed.

Does not seem to be unlimited, I managed to get 197 and then I could not interact with the quest item anymore

It's not unlimited, just a very high number. It's a junk material so it's not an issue

@Prometheus plant fiber is not junk! You can make ropes and bandages!
