[FRAC-2265] Unable to build inside house.

So i finished my 2x2 house and tried to build fireplace and large storage but fireplace said i need to be inside house i own and storage was first blue, and after second rmb click it turn red. I have that house icon in down right, where i can give rights to other ppl, so im 100% in my own house plot
