Started playing MMOs with WoW in 2005 on a Roleplay Realm.
But played MUDs before.Since i started playing MMOs, i tried not that much, because i'm a more "sticky player".
But tried to stick on Warhammer online and Wildstar, both could not hold me in reason of missing coplayer.For around 2 years i was sticking on TSW and now i play it again since start of SWL.
Inbetween i played very intensive Salem the Game and be still sticked on its community, even it is a very toxic and special one.

Played gw2 quite extensively. And tried out many others, ESO and Wildstar left pretty good impressions, may play it a bit some day.
Oh, and Path of Exile is certainly one of my favorites, if you call MMO.
Out of MOBA's, I'd pick HotS

Ragnarok Online - International server and some privates, 7+ years
Lineage II - Private server, 5 Weeks.
World of Warcraft - Vanilla and 1/2 Burning Crusade, and 3 months on Elysium server.
Dofus / Wakfu - 1 Year.
Guild Wars 2 - 2 Months
The Secret World - 1/2 Year.
Wildstar - 4 Months.
Tree of Savior - 1/2 Year.
Albion Online - Still playing.
