[FRAC-2045] Bank Floor size is too big during building

During the building process the Floor of the City Bank seems to actually be a square / quader.
This cart was inaccessible during the build process, but after finishing the Bank I can click it again.

Yep, same issue... just placed a cart full of stuff even further away than that and can't access it now since the foundation overlay is preventing it. Every time I try to grab the cart, I get "You have nothing to add to this" which is the message for clicking the foundation with no relevant materiels.
