[FRAC-1864] Cannot place object in 4x4 house

In my 4x4 L-shape house I am not able to place anything that "has to be placed inside a building I own".
It tried (many times):- Fireplace
- Large Chest
- Double Bed
- Wodden Bench & Table
When I try to place it while my char is standing outside my house it tells me it must be placed inside.
When I am inside the building it simpley disappears after right-click.
Character is "Bodo", house is at: -2440W 360N
