Talent points not working on archer branch

I've spent 6 talent points but only 3 are actually showing / working (as you can see in the picture below). I haven't use the points anywhere else.

We can't see it in the picture as you zoomed in. Besides I think on the left it shows how many you got in total, not how many you distrubuted. Its what you got to spend
