Transfer from Tutorial Zone will not complete

Just finished tutorial and entered portal. Selected lower area of north continent and the Transfer has been loading now for about 20 minutes.

Can confirm that this happened to me on two test characters.

This is a known issue, and all you can do right now is Alt+F4 out of the game, then restart it...you'll have completed the transfer...
This is happening from Tutorial Island, And via the Harbors when switching Continents.

"supposed" to have been fixed yesterday along with the advanced smelters. Been going on basically since launch
