What is the latency like for OCE?

Hello,
I haven't played for a while, but one of the first few tests i joined there was a lot of teleporting and being hit from 20m away with melee.
Has this been fixed by any chance?

i'm going to guess that damage happens on click if target in range and animation follows?

@Matriarch I'm in Australia, was playing with a ping of about 220-280ms. It was mostly fine, occasionally a lag spike sent things teleporting around, but this was not the usual experience. It was very playable
