[UI] Newly created female character shows wrong gender on character sheet

Extra Details

1. Males do not have this issue.
2. The information is correct on character select.
3. Relogging didn't correct the character sheet.

Reproduction

1. Create a human female.
2. Log into the game.
3. Open character sheet to see incorrect gender.
