Honestly, I prefer games with subscription because there's less trolling and gold sellers (unless the game becomes very popular).

subs dont stop gold sellers. they typically use stolen cc to get the time for their spam accounts. and think of all those gold buyers that freely offer their CC info to the spammers and wonder why they're credit card info was stolen.

I don't have any objective proof. However, in most f2p games I played I could see more gold-selling related spam (and more bots) than in the sub-based games. The number of gold-selling spam messages also increased in Lineage2 and Albion* when they went from sub to f2p.*I know Albion was technically b2p with optional sub, but really the game was basically unplayable without premium

Sub certainly doesn't stop gold sellers, but it does reduce their amount.
There isn't any method that 100% blocks gold sellers, but various methods reduce their number by some amount, and implementing enough of these different methods into a game can reduce their number enough so they become not noticeable.
That's all one can ask for.

Yeah the lack of pvp certainly helps bots.
Game should certainly implement easy report system, like right click on name in chat and on target portrait and offer report button followed by menu for report reason... hacking/exploiting, botting, spam, harassment,...
People never bother with reporting if its more complicated that that and if screenshot attachment is mandatory to send report. Attachment requirement should be optional, not mandatory.

no. it's where the furries will be. there will be more eRP there than any other mmo.
